How do I place an order?▼
Click "Order via WhatsApp" on any kit, or contact us directly via Instagram at @jerseyzone2_za or on WhatsApp at 071 039 6374. Simply provide the kit name, your size, and the type (Imported or Replica). Once payment is confirmed, your order is secured.
How long does delivery take?▼
Imported kits are shipped internationally and arrive in approximately 21 days, excluding any unforeseen delays. Ordering multiple imported items together qualifies for a discount as it consolidates international shipping costs.
Can you source a kit not listed in the catalogue?▼
Yes. Use our "Suggest a Kit" page to submit your request along with your contact number. We will do our best to source the kit for you. Please note that sourced kits are imported only, priced at standard imported rates, and a small additional fee may apply.
Kit Types
What is the difference between Player and Fan version?▼
Player Version: Constructed from high-performance, lightweight materials featuring advanced moisture-wicking technology. Slim athletic fit with heat-pressed badges for enhanced flexibility.
Fan Version: Made from durable, comfortable materials with a relaxed fit. Features embroidered or stitched badges — ideal for everyday wear at a more accessible price point.
Do Replica kits include customisation options?▼
No. Replica kits do not include any add-on customisation. All imported kits offer a fully customisable name and number option as well as selected badge additions. Certain imported kits also offer a long sleeve option, which will be indicated in the product listing.
What does "Imported" and "Local" mean?▼
Imported kits are sourced directly from international suppliers and include Fan, Player, Retro and Special edition versions. Local kits are quality replica versions produced locally, available for men and kids at lower price points.

Yes — you can cancel your order before it has been placed with our supplier. Once placed with the supplier, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

Yes — the more you order, the bigger the discount. Discounts start from 3 kits. Contact us via WhatsApp for a bulk order quote.
How do I track my order?▼
Once your order has been dispatched, contact us via WhatsApp for a delivery update. We'll provide the latest information available from our courier.
Do you ship internationally?▼
No — we currently deliver within South Africa only, nationwide via courier.

What sizes do you stock?▼
We stock sizes S through XXL for adults, and Kids S, Kids M and Kids L for junior kits. Availability varies per kit — contact us via WhatsApp to confirm your size is available.
Do kids kits come with shorts?▼
Yes — all kids kits include both a shirt and shorts as a set.
How do I care for my kit?▼
Hand wash or machine wash on a light/gentle setting. Always wash inside out. Do not iron directly on any badges, prints or sponsors. Air dry while inside out to avoid damage to prints and sponsors.
Do you offer exchanges?▼
No — we do not offer exchanges. Please use our size guide and WhatsApp us before ordering if unsure about sizing. We're happy to recommend the right size.

Orders & Payment
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is only considered confirmed and secured once full payment has been received. JerseyZone_ZA reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed order.
We accept payment via EFT/bank transfer only. Banking details will be provided upon order confirmation. Please use your name and order details as the payment reference.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. A courier fee will be added to your order total and communicated before payment is requested.
Imported kits are shipped internationally and arrive in approximately 21 days from the date the order is placed with our supplier, excluding any unforeseen delays. JerseyZone_ZA is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services or international shipping conditions.
Local replica kits are dispatched sooner and delivery times will be communicated at the time of order.
Quality Check
Every imported kit undergoes a personal quality check before it is shipped to the customer. Quality check photos are sent to the customer via WhatsApp prior to dispatch. By approving the quality check, the customer acknowledges that the item is in acceptable condition.
Returns & Refunds
Local Replica Kits: Returns are accepted on local replica kits only, provided the item is reported within 24 hours of receipt and is in its original condition with no signs of wear or washing.
Imported Kits: No refunds or returns are accepted on imported kits. As quality check photos are provided and approved by the customer prior to dispatch, all imported kit sales are considered final.
For imported kits, once payment has been received, the buyer has 1–2 days to request a refund — or until the import deadline, whichever comes first. This is because orders are placed with our supplier immediately upon payment or close to the deadline. After this window, refunds cannot be processed.
JerseyZone_ZA reserves the right to assess each return request individually. To initiate a return or refund, contact us via WhatsApp within the applicable timeframe.
